For 20 years I have been helping individuals, couples and families solve challenging life problems and relationship conflicts that, if ignored or mishandled can generate anxious or depressed moods, contribute to substance use, impede personal and professional growth and diminish relationship satisfaction and the ultimate goal of well-being.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I have had the privilege of helping and improving the lives of individuals, couples and families to cope with their difficulties and issues. Trained to listen closely to what my clients have to say, I identify key issues and effective solutions to problems, exploring your needs bringing about desired change.

As a clinician I develop a genuine relationship with my clients based on mutual commitment, integrity, trust and respect in complete confidence. I encourage my clients to live the life they envision for themselves  which will allow for the sought-after change, personal growth as individuals and as a couple. Take a photograph of your pathway. What do you see? What would you like to see? My goal is to help you arrive there.

My mission is to help you find your pathway to discovery and empower relationships. I have devoted my private practice to helping people find, maintain work and succeed at love.

Here are some examples of common issues:

  • communication
  • frequent arguments
  • infidelity
  • sex
  • parenting
  • chore wars
  • disengagement
  • in-laws
  • siblings
  • interfaith couples
  • multicultural couples
  • same sex couples

We will work in-depth and excellent progress can be achieved with or without your partner.

Getting the love you want is about a new way of loving. A relationship is both challenging and rewarding; it is about being an individual while connected to another, enhancing intimacy showing vulnerability and deriving strength. A relationship is not comparable to any other experience; it enhances and enriches our lives and it also helps us get to know ourselves better. And it is all attainable.

Do not leave the most important aspects of your life to the advice of untrained people. My private practice is all about relationships and that is why I call it the Relationship Clinic. All relationships are welcome. I look forward to hearing from you.
